Clinical depth, product leadership & solution design
With more than a decade in clinical diagnostics and laboratory practice, we bring deep expertise in quality systems, regulation, and workflow.
Our experience spans from lab informatics to product leadership - business analysis, workflow design, HL7 interoperability, and PAS/EPR integration - and informs our global consulting engagements.
In senior roles we have scaled clinician-facing digital health platforms through ownership, architecture, and director-level leadership, delivering practical roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and audit-ready releases.
Engineering leadership & health platforms
Over a decade working with enterprise interoperability engines - InterSystems clinical platforms and Orion Health's Rhapsody - we have tackled production troubleshooting, HL7/FHIR hardening, and knowledge transfer before moving into core product engineering.
We focus on building a healthcare engagement platform with Angular for patients, clinicians, care teams, and support staff. Early stakeholder alignment led to credible releases that scale without scope creep.
Technical direction now spans new markets and programme variants while maintaining interoperability, audit compliance, and modular design. Engineering remains full-stack, emphasising evidence-based risk review and disciplined release practices before production.
