ARROW HEALTH SOLUTIONS PTY LTD (we, us, our), trading as Arrow Health Solutions, provides this notice for visitors to our public marketing site at domains we operate (including arrowhealthsolutions.com.au and successor hosts). It is not the full contractual data schedule for regulated product deployments or enterprise procurement.

What we collect on this website

This site does not include account registration or on-page enquiry forms powered by Arrow Health Solutions.

• Contact you initiate. If you email us - for example via the address published on our Contact page - those messages reside in whichever mailbox provider you and we choose. Contents are handled only as needed to respond and to manage legitimate business enquiries.
• Technical identifiers from routine hosting delivery. Our hosting infrastructure may temporarily process server logs containing IP addresses, user agents, and timestamps to maintain security and reliability.
• Aggregated website analytics. When enabled in production, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this marketing site - for example pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device characteristics, referrer URLs, and session identifiers. We use this to measure traffic and improve content. We do not use it for advertising retargeting on this site.

Third-party services on this site

We use Next.js font optimisation for Google font files. In production, those font files are intended to be served from our own site rather than fetched from Google by your browser on each page view. We do not use advertising retargeting or social tracking pixels on this marketing site.

Google Analytics (GA4). Our production site may load measurement scripts operated by Google (Google LLC and its affiliates). GA4 may store cookies or similar identifiers in your browser (for example _ga) to distinguish visits and sessions. You can opt out of Google Analytics in supported browsers using Google's browser add-on, adjust cookie settings in your browser, or use private browsing modes that clear storage between sessions.

Essential cookies strictly required for site operation are not used for cross-site tracking beyond the analytics described above.

How we use and disclose information

Upcoming product applications

WellGuard and Alfie are in development and not yet available for public download. When released, they will collect personal information under separate product privacy policies and terms of use, published before general availability. Until then, this marketing notice is the applicable privacy statement for this website.

Changes

Minor clarifications take effect immediately when posted. Material changes affecting how we describe collection or use for this surface will refresh the publication date above and reasonably highlight the amendment.
